Where this page type is used and why

Use when the reader is working through the navigation system and must keep stations distinct.

/priorities

Help a reader navigate life's choices through values, beliefs, and controls before action.

Move from what matters through a bounded choice and action, then return evidence to learning.

Proof signal: Each stage remains distinct, linked, and understandable without interaction.

/priorities/values

Name what matters, for whom, with trade-offs and protected constraints.

Name the beneficiary, valued future, trade-offs, and protected constraints.

Proof signal: A value trace can be carried into a belief without delegating purpose.

/priorities/beliefs

Test what appears true, how confident to be, and what could change the belief.

Separate observation, interpretation, prediction, confidence, and falsifier.

Proof signal: A consequential belief names evidence that could strengthen, narrow, or kill it.

/priorities/control

Direct intention and focus attention before one authorised move.

Name the direction and finite attention allocation before authorising one bounded move.

Proof signal: A reader can distinguish intention, attention, mandate, action, and proof.

Rendered specimen

The specimen uses public-safe fixture copy. It proves rendering shape only; it does not prove beneficiary value or authorise work.

Presentation considerations

  • Station identity must remain clear: compass, chart and control are related but not interchangeable.
  • The instrument should be useful even if the reader does not take the full tour.
  • Proof/failure language belongs on the page, not in private notes.

Alternative design choices

Belief story

Use for a single belief/countercase rather than a core navigation station.
