Factor-contrast wireframes

Reader

A designer or engineer facing too many possible page compositions for one job.

Primary job

Compare enough options to see which factors matter, freeze those factors, and hand a tighter brief to write → compose → craft.

Composition thesis

One frozen claim and action in four options. Vary placement, evidence, density, and navigation scent — never invent a second identity.

Protected constraints

  • Local design-system primitives only.
  • Same copy across options.
  • Human names the deciding factor; agents do not declare a visual winner.

Observable proof

A reader can name which factor changed judgment and what to freeze next.

Source inspiration

Contrast factors (not one-shot winners) after Ryan Singer / Bob Moesta orthogonal arrays: enough options to clarify which variables matter, then freeze and tighten.
