Design study / Journey navigation
A reader on Beliefs needs one clear position and one next move. The full journey is useful context, but it should not arrive before the question they came to answer.
Design decision
Remove duplicate labels, visit telemetry, and competing onward routes. Keep the whole map available through progressive disclosure.
Option 02
Beliefs / 2 of 7
Test the map before choosing a lever.
Keeps progress visible without rendering seven equal destinations. The full route map remains one deliberate action away.
Option 03
You are here / Beliefs
Name the belief that matters most. Then choose the control that can test it safely.
Makes the component earn its space: orientation, consequence, and one action. Strategy support belongs beside the belief exercise it helps, not inside global journey chrome.
Recommendation
The opening should point into the work. The closing should show where the reader came from and where they can go next. This preserves orientation without making navigation the content.
