Attention is the bottleneck. Every capability on this site requires sustained focus to develop. Every output worth producing requires deep work to create. AI doesn't get distracted. But AI also can't choose what matters. You decide where to point attention — that decision is the foundation.

The rule: never invert this. Deep work at low energy is wasted time. Admin at peak energy is wasted potential.

Focus Protocol

  1. Define the single task — Write it down. One thing.
  2. Set the timer — Start with 25 minutes. Extend as the muscle builds.
  3. Remove all inputs — Close everything except what you need for this task.
  4. Work until the timer — If you get stuck, sit with it. Don't switch.
  5. Write what's next — Before breaking, note where you left off. Tomorrow's focus starts today.
