Better Practice is an unreactivated exploration with no verified non-founder value, return, payment, or current deployable product. Goodwill is the binding constraint. No execution is authorised here; the only public invitation is voluntary research interest.

The method

Nine controls turn a venture story into one testable decision.

Move in order. A strong Dream cannot substitute for Reality, and completed work cannot substitute for external proof.

One bounded experiment
No action authorised. If Wik separately reactivates the Bridge, run one consenting non-founder practice and observe the participant verdict.

Capacity bound: Held at zero execution until a separate reactivation decision; then at most three approaches and one participant.
Stop condition: Stop and review when a voluntary return or referral is observed, or when the kill signal fires.
Frozen proof signal
If reactivated separately, one consenting non-founder completes a bounded practice, reports what changed, and later returns or refers.

Immediately after the first named non-founder has had a fair opportunity to return or refer.
Kill signal
The coach cannot be deployed safely, the participant does not consent to the receipt, or no voluntary return or referral occurs within 30 days of the session.

Improvement requires a later comparable cycle to meet a frozen meaningful delta; this open cycle can establish external proof, not improvement.

Why property waits

Prove that someone comes back before building the place they might return to.

The physical-space thesis remains valuable, but it is a proof-gated future layer. First deploy the coach, complete one named non-founder session, capture a receipt, and observe a voluntary return or referral. Only then does broader allocation earn review.
