The initial state of anything is an idea. Ideas alone are a parts list.
A parts list does not get a chemical refinery built. What gets a chemical refinery built is a Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID). The blueprint proves how the parts connect, controls flow, and handles deviations from intention.
