The named consumer receives work that meets the agreed acceptance condition, with deviations and follow-up visible.

Use When

Trigger this job when a promise, owner, inputs, due condition, and acceptance test are known. The delivery owner controls assignment, sequence, changes, acceptance request, escalation, recovery, and stop.

Inputs

Bring the promise and version, beneficiary, acceptance condition, deadline, available inputs, constraints, responsible producer, dependencies, escalation path, and evidence capture point.

Recipe

1. Restate the promise and acceptance condition with the consumer.
2. Confirm owner, inputs, dependencies, permissions, and stop rule.
3. Execute the smallest complete job and record material deviations as they arise.
4. Check the result against the frozen acceptance condition.
5. Ask the consumer to accept, reject with evidence, or request an authorised change.

Human and AI Control

An assistant may coordinate, draft, check, or perform explicitly delegated steps. It may not redefine the promise, acceptance, priority, spend, risk, or consumer. Stop for a blocked critical input, unsafe condition, scope conflict, unapproved change, or a result that cannot be checked.

Output and Handoff

Return the result, promise version, acceptance decision, exceptions, owner, and follow-up. Accepted work moves to compare outcome and correct method; rejected work returns to the delivery owner with the failed condition.

Evidence and Stop

Retain start and finish times, inputs used, checks, deviations, result, and consumer decision. Compare cycle time, quality, rework, and beneficiary effect with the expectation. Stop on protected-constraint breach or when acceptance is unavailable. Completion is not evidence of acceptance or useful consequence.
