Secure buyer commitment without pressure
Workflow family: Order-to-Cash.
Outcome
The buyer and seller leave with a voluntary yes, an explicit no, or one dated next step. The result states the terms, owner, and what happens next.
Use When
Trigger this job when qualification supports a direct decision request and the offer can be delivered. The buyer controls consent; the commercial owner controls price, terms, promises, and stop.
Inputs
Bring the qualification evidence, buyer's desired outcome, offer and exclusions, price and terms, delivery-capacity check, objections, decision participants, permitted channel, and accountable commercial owner.
Recipe
- Reconfirm the buyer's outcome and the evidence that the offer fits it.
- State the offer, price, terms, exclusions, and delivery conditions plainly.
- Ask for a clear decision without manufactured urgency or hidden defaults.
- Record yes, no, or the single missing decision with an owner and date.
- Have the commercial owner approve any promise before handing work forward.
Human and AI Control
An assistant may summarise evidence, draft wording, and expose missing terms. It may not contact the buyer, change price, concede terms, accept a contract, or represent silence as consent. Stop for unclear authority, unsupported promises, pressure tactics, conflicting terms, or unavailable delivery capacity.
Output and Handoff
Return the decision, agreed or rejected terms, evidence, open condition, owner, date, and next handoff. Accepted work moves to deliver promised work; a no closes respectfully; a dated step returns to its named owner.
Evidence and Stop
Retain the exact offer version, request, response, corrections, approval, and elapsed time. Check whether both parties can state the same commitment and next step. Stop when consent is ambiguous, a material term differs, or capacity is unverified. A signed or verbal commitment alone does not prove delivered value.
Next
Correct the offer or request when the buyer understood something different. Return qualification errors to the qualification page, commercial authority to the commercial owner, and accepted promises to delivery.
