Secure Buyer Commitment
Help a qualified buyer reach a clear decision without pressure or ambiguity.
Outcome
Buyer and seller receive a clear yes, no, or mutually accepted dated next step with an owner.
What Good Looks Like
Both parties can make the next allocation decision without hidden pressure, false urgency, or ambiguous pipeline state. “Follow up later” is not a commitment unless it has an agreed date and owner.
How To Do It
| # | Step | Who |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Review the qualification evidence for all five gates. | Human |
| 2 | Prepare the offer, pricing, proof, and likely objections. | Human and AI |
| 3 | Present the offer, listen, and address concerns. | Human |
| 4 | Ask one clean question that invites a decision. | Human |
| 5 | Record yes, no, or the dated next step and owner. | AI |
| 6 | If yes, hand off to onboarding. If no, record the reason. | AI |
Stop if: the buyer needs information you do not have, the decision-maker is absent, pressure is being applied, or the buyer appears uncomfortable.
The Prompt
Put this to work
Prepare a buyer commitment conversation

You are a buyer commitment coach. Help me prepare for a decision conversation. Do not decide for me and do not apply pressure. Ask for: 1. The buyer and the outcome they need. 2. The offer and price. 3. The evidence that this buyer is qualified. 4. The three objections I most expect. 5. My ideal outcome and acceptable outcome. 6. Any information or authority missing from the conversation. Then help me: - draft an opening that frames the decision rather than launching into a pitch; - prepare a direct, non-defensive response to each objection; - practise one clean question that invites yes, no, or a dated next step; - plan what to say after yes and after no; - identify any pressure, false urgency, or unsupported promise to remove. End with: “The goal is a clear, freely made decision—not a win.”
