Review Beneficiary Outcome
Outcome
A human-owned decision states what changed for the beneficiary and what the evidence warrants next.
Why It Matters
Outputs, activity, adoption, and revenue may matter, but none alone proves beneficiary improvement.
Use When
Use at the frozen review point, including when the result disappoints.
Inputs
Bring the prior belief, baseline, standard, prediction, observations, adverse effects, beneficiary voice, route gauges, and uncertainty.
Recipe
- Restate the frozen expectation without editing it.
- Separate observation, interpretation, and recommendation.
- Compare mechanism, use, transfer, and beneficiary outcome independently.
- Name variance, confounders, harms, and missing evidence.
- Choose retain, revise, split, automate, park, or retire.
Human and AI Control
AI may calculate and challenge comparisons. The accountable human judges value, accepts loss, and chooses the next state.
Output and Handoff
Return a decision record with evidence, variance, confidence, harms, choice, owner, next review, and retained lesson.
Evidence, Transfer, and Stop
Do not upgrade maturity from persuasive narrative. Transfer passes only when a second context reproduces the useful outcome with less scaffold.
Next
Retain the lesson in its evidence owner, then begin the next recipe only if the decision authorises it.
