Secure Buyer Commitment

Outcome

Both parties know what they are committing to, why, by when, and under what exit terms.

Why It Matters

Conversation, praise, and pipeline are not commitment. Pressure can produce a signature while destroying fit and trust.

Use When

Use after qualification and enough proof to make an honest promise.

Inputs

Bring buyer need, decision authority, evidence, offer, price, terms, risks, objections, delivery owner, and next dates.

Recipe

  1. Restate the buyer's desired progress and evidence of fit.
  2. Confirm authority, alternatives, trade-offs, terms, and risks.
  3. Ask for one concrete commitment.
  4. Record yes, no, or next step without reinterpretation.
  5. Confirm ownership, dates, conditions, and exit.

Human and AI Control

AI may prepare and summarise. A human makes promises, negotiates consequences, recognises coercion, and accepts or declines commitment.

Output and Handoff

Return a commitment record with parties, scope, terms, evidence, dates, conditions, and owner.

Evidence, Transfer, and Stop

Revenue is commercial evidence, not beneficiary proof. Stop on ambiguity, pressure, missing authority, or delivery risk.

Next

Review the beneficiary outcome after delivery reaches its review point.
