Technology supports jobs inside several business workflows. A missed-enquiry problem might need a clearer receiving handoff before it needs an agent. Choose the named business handoff when the constraint is unclear; decide what must become reliable first.
Decision: What should software, data, or an agent make possible, and what must remain under human judgment? Technology matters when it removes a real constraint without hiding authority, failure, or consequences.

Choose the smallest sufficient agent system when the job needs digital reasoning or action; decide whether a single draft is enough. Check the information the job depends on when its inputs cannot be trusted. Then authorise one test and review its usefulness with quality, correction, time, cost, and failure observations. This is a family scaffold, not a complete technology architecture.
