Which uncertainty would change what you do next?

Questioning connects a diagnosed problem to a decision. A useful question changes the frame, evidence threshold, option, or commitment; a question that cannot change the next move is curiosity, not the Journey's controlling question.

The Spine​

Zoom Out​

The Journey narrows from Purpose to Problem to one question, then widens into options before Decision Making commits a course. Evidence should improve the next question, not merely answer the old one.

Changes my mind: several simultaneous questions produce a clearer decision than one question tied to the controlling uncertainty.
