Preserve only learning worth repeating

Decision: What should the next person or agent inherit, under which conditions, and when should it be reconsidered? Standards matter because repeatability can compound either useful learning or an untested mistake.

Smallest useful move: turn one supported lesson into a clear criterion, example, check, and withdrawal condition. Link it to the evidence that warrants the change.

Return the improved baseline to Strategy and Decisions. This page is an orientation scaffold; it does not admit a claim as a standard merely because it has been documented.
