Mental Models

Mental models are system lenses. They help a human or agent classify a situation, choose a frame, and act with better judgment.

Core Lenses

LensStart withUse when
IntentionIntentionThe question is what matters or why to act
AttentionAIThe question is what to focus on or automate

AgencyAgencyThe question is capability, character, or action

Scope

Do not create one-off top-level model folders. A mental model belongs here when it is a reusable lens for reading systems. If it is a method, put it under the domain that uses it. If it is a standard, put it under Standards. If it is a private idea, do not publish it until it has a durable public job.
