Attention is finite. Spend it where intention points.

Attention is applied capacity. It is the time, energy, know-how, engineering, and production you can actually bring to one move. If attention is scattered, intention stays imaginary. If attention runs without intention, activity can compound in the wrong direction.

Use this to keep execution honest. Name the allocation, the method, the output, and the work that deliberately waits.

Focus: What one move receives attention now, and what does finished-for-now mean?
Know-how: Which skill, method, recipe, or experienced judgment will guide the work?
Engineering: What system, tool, process, or constraint makes the move repeatable or safer?
Production: What concrete output, decision, or change will exist at the end of this attention block?
Not now: What will not receive attention, and what signal would justify reopening it?

Carry focused attention into one bounded mandate.

When the direction and allocation are clear, authorise only the move that fits the mandate, gauge, stop rule, and recovery path.
