  1. 1. Find the real problem. What should change, and for whom? Often it is not where it looks.
  2. 2. Agree what AI may do. What it may touch, who says yes, and when it must stop.
  3. 3. Check what really happened. Compare the result with what you expected before you started.

What to send.

A short email is enough. Tell us:

  • What you want to change, and for whom.
  • What you have tried so far.
  • How you would know it worked.
