The Blocker
Two hard dependencies remain unowned:
- Analytics — without measurement, the VVFL has no gauge. Every other loop runs blind.
- Evidence loop — META-POSTS.md Part D/E is empty. Shipped 17 articles with zero recorded learnings.
Both are prerequisites for "each cycle produces a better question than the last." Without them, force is applied but results never compared to expectations.
