Problem

Situation

Founder running multiple ventures has no single surface that tells the story: where this is heading (agentic commerce), what's being built (ventures + progress), why the path has value (predictions), and that there's a system (Tight Five method). Every explanation requires a fresh conversation that fails because the language doesn't match.

Intention

A purpose-driven app where the roadmap IS the argument. Protocol stack shows the market direction. Ventures show the positions. Plans show execution. Tight Five shows the method. One URL replaces every conversation.

Obstacle

Data exists across two repos and a planning DB but no user-facing surface synthesizes it into a narrative. The engineering app is admin tooling. The dream repo is a knowledge base. Neither sells the story.

Hardest Thing

Making pre-revenue ventures look like legitimate progress. The evidence is structural (method, plans, kill criteria, protocol positioning) not financial. The app must convert systematic intent into visible credibility.
