The Arrow
Agency is not a state. It is a direction. The arrow does not point at a destination — it points forward. This is the control system insight: you do not control where you arrive, you control the next correction.
The arrow is red because agency requires energy. Potential without action stays potential. The shape is a play button — press it or it sits there.

Patterns are cheap. Everyone sees some. Potential is where most people stall — knowing something could work but not acting on it. Priorities are expensive. They require saying no to everything except the path forward.
